「互連、創新、包容」2023 APEC三大優先領域

今（2023）年亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）由美國擔任主辦經濟體，主題為「為各方創造具韌性且永續的未來」（Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All），三項優先領域則分別是：第一項「互連」–「建立具韌性及相互連結的區域以增進具廣泛基礎的經濟繁榮」（Interconnected: Building a resilient and interconnected region that advances broad-based economic prosperity）；第二項「創新」–「為永續未來打造有助創新的環境」（Innovative: Enabling an innovative environment for a sustainable future）；第三項「包容」–「為各方樹立衡平且包容性的未來」（Inclusive: Affirming an equitable and inclusive future for all）。

此三大優先領域的細項內容更引人入勝：

首先，「互連」領域內容有，透過FTAAP工作計畫定義新的貿易模式標準(Defining New Trade Standards Models through the FTAAP Work Plan)，加強服務貿易(Enhancing Services Trade)，促進數位貿易(Promoting Digital Trade)等。

再來，「創新」領域條列為，營造友善經濟環境(Fostering an Enabling Environment)，促進糧食安全、食品安全和農業生物技術(Promoting Food Security , Food Safety , and Agricultural Biotechnology)。

最後，「包容」領域涵蓋了，解決貿易包容性(Addressing Inclusion in Trade)，支持中小型企業(Strengthening Small and Medium Enterprises)，透過對基礎設施、勞工的投資擴大經濟潛能及機會(Expanding Economic Potential and Opportunity Through Investments in Infrastructure and Workers)。
